For the opening of the Artisans market at the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth hotel in Montreal,we developed a brand identity that saluted the savoir-faireof the "artisans" who craft Quebec's gastronomy and terroir, from the farmers to the bakers. Known as "Downtown Montreal's Pantry", the market aimsto welcome both workers and tourists who seek out new flavours,by offering fresh produce and take-away food.
